Safety Storage
OSHA-compliant safety storage cabinets for hazardous materials, gas cylinders, and battery charging. The VAULT series is built to S.KING specification across five color-coded sub-lines. Every cabinet carries a 22-character verification code riveted to the door frame.
VAULT — Engineered Safety Storage
All VAULT cabinets share a common construction baseline:
- 1.0 mm double-wall cold-rolled steel with 38 mm airspace between walls for thermal isolation
- 50 mm leak-proof sump to contain spills and prevent liquid migration under the cabinet
- Dual flame-arrestor vents (one inlet, one exhaust) with removable screens
- Locking handles with hidden-key mechanism plus padlock provision
- Lead-free epoxy coating inside and out, baked to S.KING specification
- Electrostatic grounding point standard on all models
- Adjustable shelving at 25 mm increments
- Three-point latching on double-door models
Construction is consistent across the five sub-lines; what varies is color coding, door configuration, interior liner, and any sub-line specific equipment (like PP trays for corrosives or charging strips for battery storage).
The Five Sub-Lines
VAULT organizes cabinets by the hazard class they’re designed to contain. Colors follow the OSHA and NFPA 30 standard — so a safety inspector walking a facility can read the cabinet contents at a glance.

Yellow · Flammable liquids. For substances with flash point below 37.8°C. Alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, thinners, nitrocellulose, motor oil. 10 capacities from 4 to 110 gallons.

VAULT-COMB
Red · Combustible liquids. For substances with flash point at or above 37.8°C. Paints, coatings, inks, dyes, aerosols. Same architecture as FLAM with OSHA-standard red finish.

Blue · Corrosives. For acids, bases, peroxides, formaldehyde, bleach. Includes a PP polypropylene tray insert for strong acid storage to prevent steel attack.

Gas cylinder storage. Secure upright storage for compressed gas cylinders. Chained cylinder retention, ventilated enclosure. OSHA 1910.101 compliant.
