Product verification questions

If you have scanned a QR code from a S.KING product and have questions about what you’re seeing on the verification page, include the full 22-character verification code in your email to service@skingpro.com.

Suspected counterfeits

If a code does not verify, or the information on the verify page does not match where you bought the product, tell us. Send the 22-character code, where you purchased it, and a photo of the product label or cabinet plate if you have one. We take this seriously — every report helps us tighten the supply chain.

  • Verification code if you’re asking about a specific unit

Response Times

We reply to most inquiries within one business day. Volume orders and specialty compliance requests usually take longer — we prefer to prepare a proper response rather than a quick one. If you haven’t heard from us within three business days, something has gone wrong on our side; please resend.
