OSHA-compliant safety storage cabinets for flammable liquids with flash point below 37.8°C (100°F) — alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, thinners, nitrocellulose, motor oil, and related chemicals. OSHA-standard yellow finish. Ten capacities from 4 to 110 gallons, in manual-close or fusible-link self-close door variants. Built to S.KING specification.

Manual Close vs. Self Close
Every VAULT-FLAM size is offered in both door configurations. Which you choose depends on your jurisdiction and use case.
Manual Close — suffix M
Doors stay open where placed. Operator closes them before leaving the cabinet. Lower cost, simpler mechanism, preferred in many Asian markets and for operations where users access the cabinet frequently and closing is part of the routine.
Self Close — suffix S
Fusible-link mechanism holds doors open; at 73°C (165°F) the link melts and doors swing shut automatically. Required in most US jurisdictions for OSHA compliance and by NFPA 30. Higher cost, stronger fire-containment guarantee.
Compliance
VAULT-FLAM cabinets are designed to meet:
- OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106 — Flammable liquids storage
- NFPA 30 — Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code
- FM Approval construction standards (factory-qualified; on-cabinet FM label available per order specification)
- Regional occupational safety regulations in applicable destination markets (specify at order time for required compliance markings)
Verification
Every VAULT-FLAM cabinet ships with a 22-character verification code engraved on a stainless steel plate riveted to the inside of the right door. A QR code label on the cabinet exterior (and on the shipping documents) encodes the same value. Scan the QR or enter the code at www.skingpro.com/verify to confirm:
- Authenticity — the cabinet was produced under S.KING specification, not a rebadged import
- Manufacturing date and batch
- Any active recall or service notice on the batch
